计划在建设期间,在 40余家校外实训基地签署的基础上,结合专业群人才培养质量需求,增加校外实训基地的数量,提升校外实训基地的规模和档次,并对实习单位进行评价与管理,确保提高教学质量。
五、結语
教育部启动的1+X证书制度是高等职业院校将要面临的一次重要的挑战和发展机遇,有利于提升人才培养质量,有利于增强师资队伍能力,有利于提高学生的就业竞争力和创新创业能力,提高社会服务水平,引领和带动广西区内同类专业的发展。将“课、岗、证、赛”的四大块内容融通到人才培养方案中,把课程体系设置、工作岗位需求、职业资格考试要求、职业技能竞赛标准有机融合起来形成科学有效的人才培养机制,最终实现复合型技术技能人才的培养目标。

Abstract:This paper analyses the connotation of the 1+X certificate system initiated by the Ministry of Education,explores and studies the objectives and ways of integrating with the“Class,Post Certificate and competition” under the 1+X certificate system based on the current situation and foundation of the training of Chinese medicine professionals in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Health.It constantly explores and innovates the talent training program,standardizes the whole process of talent training,and speeds up the cultivation of compound technical and skilled talents.
